Redemption Gift cards may be redeemed in-clinic only for services or product purchases. Gift cards cannot be redeemed through our online Shopify portal.
Purchases & Promotions Gift cards purchased while on sale may not be used to purchase promotional packages, discounted services, or other sale items. Gift cards hold their face value only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Physical Gift Cards If you require a physical gift card, please contact us by phone or email. We will be happy to arrange a convenient pick-up time.
General Terms Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced. Use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
