What is the Lumé Skin Society?
The Lumé Skin Society is a monthly membership designed to help you stay consistent with your skin goals. Your $169 monthly contribution builds credit in your Lumé Vault — allowing you to invest in treatments, products, and services while unlocking exclusive member perks.
How much does the membership cost?
Membership is $169 per month for 12 months, totaling $2,028 per year. Payments are automatically processed each month through our secure system.
How do I update my payment information?
Simply email us at info@lumeaestheticsclinic.com or call us at (780) 410-8278 before your next scheduled billing date with your updated payment details. You'll always have full control over your chosen payment method.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Members can request to pause their membership once per year for qualifying reasons such as pregnancy, medical leave, or relocation.
To be eligible, you must have:
- A minimum of 90 days of active membership
- At least three completed monthly payments
Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 30 days, pending approval. During the pause, your Vault balance remains available but benefits are temporarily on hold.

Can I share my membership with someone?
Primary Members can extend their benefits to up to two teen dependents (under 17) living in the same household. The primary member is financially responsible for all teen services and purchases.
Lumé Aesthetics does not obtain separate parental consent for services rendered to teen Members. All participating teens must be disclosed upon enrollment.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel anytime with 60 days' written notice prior to your next billing date.

After 90 days of participation:
- If your Vault balance is $0, no fee applies.
- If you have funds remaining, you may request a refund (subject to a $100 administration fee).
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within seven business days.
All earned or accumulated credits must be used prior to the memberships end date.
Unused credits after membership end date will be forfeited to Lumé Aesthetics.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll retry your payment up to three times and contact you by phone, text, or email.
If payment remains unsuccessful, your membership will be closed and any remaining funds in your Vault will be retained by Lumé Aesthetics.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Credits accumulated in your Vault can be used toward services prior to your membership end date. Any remaining balance on the end date will be forfeited unless otherwise refunded (subject to the administrative fee).
Can I get a refund for my membership?
Refunds are available only if you have funds remaining in your Vault at the time of cancellation and will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Are there any liability considerations?
All members agree to disclose any medical conditions that could affect treatment outcomes and to inform Lumé Aesthetics of any changes in health or medication.
By joining, members release Lumé Aesthetics and its team from liability related to undisclosed or undiagnosed conditions and accept full responsibility for their participation in all treatments.
